This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you (“Licensee” or “you”) and Five Stones Legal Defense Fund (“Provider,” “we,” “us”). By installing, accessing, or using the MYOC-APP (the “App”), you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope
Provider is Five Stones Legal Defense Fund. The App is MYOC-APP, an application that connects to QuickBooks Online to retrieve financial data and documents for your organization.
2. Acceptance
By using the App you accept this EULA. If you do not accept, do not install or use the App.
3. License grant
Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes and in compliance with this EULA and applicable QuickBooks and Intuit API terms.
4. Authorized use
You must be an authorized business user with authority to permit the App to access your QuickBooks Online account or accounts. The App is for business use only. Consumer accounts are not supported.

8. Data retention
Data is stored and processed in the United States. The default retention period is seven years from last access unless otherwise required by law.
9. Security
Provider implements commercially reasonable safeguards, including TLS, encryption at rest, and access controls. You must protect your credentials and promptly notify Provider of a compromise.
10. Restrictions

11. Intellectual property
All rights in the App and documentation are reserved by Provider or its licensors. Nothing transfers to you except the limited license above.
12. Support and updates
Provider may provide updates, maintenance, and support at its discretion. You accept automatic updates where applicable.
