Five Stones Legal Defense Fund (“Five Stones,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website www.isuegov.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and donors, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you use the Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit.
- Mailing list signups. When you subscribe to the mailing list, we collect your email address.
- Donations. Donations made through the Site are processed by Zeffy. Zeffy collects your name, email, billing information, and payment details directly. Five Stones receives your name, email address, and donation amount and designation. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. Zeffy’s own privacy policy governs its handling of your payment data.
- Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we and our hosting platform automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, typically through cookies and similar technologies. The published policy names Wix as that hosting platform.
2. How we use information
The policy says information is used to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact Us form.
- Send updates to mailing-list subscribers who opted in.
- Process and acknowledge donations, and issue tax receipts.
- Maintain and improve the Site’s security and performance.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use donor or contact-form data for advertising or marketing to third parties.
3. Sharing of information
The policy says information is shared only with:
- Service providers who help operate the Site and process donations (the published policy names Wix and Zeffy), under their own privacy and security terms.
- Government authorities, where required by law.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies provided by the website platform for basic site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Your choices
- You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in any email we send.
- You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you, such as contact-form or mailing-list data, by emailing contact@isuegov.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal recordkeeping requirements (for example, donation records for tax purposes).
6. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
