FAQ
Frequently asked questions
These answers are the questions published on the public FAQ page under General. The live page also shows tabs labeled General Donation FAQs and Title IX RFRA. Those tabs did not include question text in the public page, so they are not invented here.
Do you represent individual cases?
No. Five Stones Legal Defense Fund is not a law firm. It raises money and administers legal projects. The page says a nonprofit with a defined project and legal counsel typically approaches the fund. After a successful project assessment, the fund publishes the project and begins administration.
How can I submit a legal project for review?
The public page says a written proposal can go to the review board when the project includes:
- A project summary.
- Project impact: what the project will accomplish and how it will affect the broader culture.
- Milestones with expense projections and a defined outcome at each milestone.
- A legal firm with a litigation plan and experience litigating against the government.
- A nonprofit sponsor that will help organize the affected community.
The page says the board will review a proposal that meets those requirements and will respond. Use Submit a proposal for the field list. That form is not connected on this prototype.
