The public page asks for a proposal when you believe a legal project will significantly improve government and you can provide the items below. The same points appear on the FAQ.

A project summary.
A value proposition for donors: what the project will accomplish and how it will affect the broader culture.
Milestones with expense projections and a defined outcome at each milestone.
A legal firm with a litigation plan and experience litigating against the government.
A nonprofit sponsor that will help organize the affected community.

A live Formspree form is not connected in this build. Set PUBLIC_FORMSPREE_INTAKE to an https://formspree.io/f/… URL and rebuild when that URL is provided. Nothing you type is sent, and no form id is stored in this repository. You can email contact@isuegov.com.
