Representation

Amici curiae representation

The public page says a gift for amici curiae representation supports a non-party that files a brief to help a court decide a lawsuit against the government. A gift is a donation. It does not hire the fund as your lawyer.

The page uses the same definition of strategic litigation against government as the direct representation page: civil litigation against the United States, states, counties, school districts, municipalities, and townships, across repeated subject areas.

It says this support is not messaging, investigation, or lobbying. It lists the same subject areas as direct representation, including health freedom, public schools and universities, election administration, DEI programs as the live page labels them, family integrity, economic regulation, public land use, malicious prosecution, taxation, and indigenous peoples.

The page says a reader can follow the related court cases. It does not publish a case list on that screen. Related matters on this prototype are under Cases and Projects.
